Donaldson Bros. Ready Mix Headquarters requested a design to remodel their new retail and office spaces to accommodate new product lines and expanding staff. The concept for both the exterior and interior reflects the significant history of the area and showcases the products and services provided by the company.

The new exterior employs a unique blend of Brownstone Vertical Metal and Insulated Stucco Panel Systems, with Cultured Stone accenting the base of the existing shop structure. Care was give so the addition rises above the remaining outbuildings but does not over power the surrounding terrain. Copper Metallic Standing Seam Roof cap premium locations of the remodeled structure.

The 2020 Bitterroot Building Industry Association held a safe and successful Tour of Homes event amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Congratulations to the participating Bitterroot Valley contractors.

This second level senior living apartment floor of The Remington was redesigned into a Dementia Care Living Center. The design was intent on creating a safe and welcoming environment for both the residents and their families.

The project added a full kitchen, family style dining, and opened up the living area arrangement. The spa design provides safety for residents when bathing or receiving in-house salon treatments. All furniture, finishes, and colors were selected to create a soothing environment for residents and their families.

The remodeling project for Insured Title renovated the entire office. Services included selecting floor finishes, paint colors, and furniture configurations. A custom designed reception desk, coordinated with and built by Stensrud Cabinet Company, is accentuated by a backlit wall to dramatically transform the entry.

One objective of this multi-phase project involved incorporating a portion of the existing garage into the living space of a historic home in Missoula’s University District. Removing walls and doors, and performing other limited modifications achieved a single level area designed to improved flow into the residence.  

Entry from the garage of the Deschamps Home now passes through a powder room and laundry, followed by a foyer with built-in cabinetry leading to a an enlarged kitchen and nook. The dramatic colors of the kitchen cabinetry add contrast with the bead-board ceiling and tile floor, and opens to a plush and relaxing entertainment area, which was originally the library.

Designed with quality craftsmanship in mind, this 2855 square foot home has an open living area featuring vaulted ceilings, circle-sawn wood floors, slate tile foyer, ledge stone fireplaces, and pine wainscot. The custom designed and built alder cabinetry and granite countertops were specified to add warmth throughout the home. Meticulously crafted crown molding adds a touch of elegance.

Special attention in the design of this home was given to man's best friend, including a doggie spa and independent sleeping area with a walk-in shower. The master suite, complete with a cozy fireplace and large Jacuzzi tub, provides a tranquil atmosphere to enjoy the beauty surrounding this rustic Montana residence, built by Kearns & Sons, Inc.

The objective of this interior remodel project was to provide better lighting, functional storage, and comfortable furnishings for the office and living areas. The built-in cabinetry in the office made computer stations for two with plenty of storage, and allowed room for a conference table. Built-in cabinetry was also added around the flat screen TV in the living area with ventilated spaces for components. This created a focal point accented by a ceiling track for suspended decorative fixtures. The space was completed with new contemporary furniture, providing a refreshed and updated place to relax.
